A national award-winner, once ranked in the top three percent nationwide for sales production, top gun Robin Mitchell Hee has recently returned to full time real estate sales, bringing a new range of skills to the Harley Group in San Luis Obispo County.
Mitchell Hee obtained her license in 2001 and originally represented buyers and sellers in San Diego, where she achieved an astonishing $52 million in sales between 2004 and 2007. After her successful real estate venture, the Realtor began a new career in marketing after her family relocated to San Luis Obispo County.
In marketing, she produced measurable results for AMF Media (formerly Barnett Cox) where she won an American Advertising Award (ADDY Awards) and a Public Relations Society of American (PRSA) Award. The PRSA Award was earned for her work in helping Avila Ranch, a 720 home brand new construction subdivision earn approval from The City of San Luis Obispo Architectural Committee and The San Luis Obispo City Council. This work will make a dramatic positive impact on the housing shortage in San Luis Obispo.
Robin’s skills carried over from her marketing career. With Harley Realty Group, she’ll be based in San Luis Obispo and happy to represent clients in all areas of SLO County and the surrounding Central Coast regions.
Robin is a consistent leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting her clients’ interests. She’s exceptionally talented at negotiations and with her corporate and marketing agency background brings cutting-edge marketing strategies to her clients.
Outside of her work in real estate, Mitchell Hee is actively involved in the community and is currently the president of the board for Stand Strong (formerly known as The Woman’s Shelter Program of SLO). She also served as the marketing chairperson for Softec, a software and technology association. Previous community involvement also included being a board member for the National Institute for Investor Relations (NIRI) in San Diego and an active advocate for The Children’s Resource Network of the Central Coast.
The University of California San Diego grad lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband and four children. Robin’s husband, Derrek Hee, is a local team roper and moved to San Luis Obispo in 1986 to attend Cal Poly and compete on the Cal Poly Rodeo Team. He loved the area so much, like many, after graduation has remained living in the area. Robin’s oldest daughter attended Los Ranchos Elementary, Laguna Middle School and San Luis Obispo High School. Her second oldest daughter attended all of those schools before transferring to Mission College Prep and is an active volleyball player for her school and 805 Elite Travel Volleyball. Their two youngest children attend Nativity Preschool. Robin knows the school and sports system thoroughly for San Luis Obispo.
